Elizabeth “Lizzy” Castelshaft (Lisa) – A progressive woman who exercises her beliefs by gambling and hanging in bars.
Henrich “Hank” Castelshaft (Ken) – The hardworking Lutheran bank teller and German immigrant.
Shawky Mash (John) – A grifter and gambler, a New Yorker who’s never worked an honest day in his life. He rocks hobo chic.
